1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Downdating ("Downdating", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of our website at https://downdating.co.in, our AI dating coach tools, subscription plans, workshops, and cohort programs. By accessing or using Downdating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility (18+ Requirement)

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use Downdating. By creating an account, completing a payment, or submitting screenshots, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If we discover that any user is under 18, their access will be terminated immediately.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing Terms

Downdating offers subscription packages with initial access periods followed by recurring monthly renewals processed securely via Razorpay e-mandate:

• Starter Plan: ₹99 upfront for 7 days of access with 8 messages/day. Converts automatically to a recurring monthly subscription of ₹999/month for 30 days access with 20 messages/day unless cancelled before the 7-day trial ends.
• Pro Plan: ₹999 upfront for 15 days of access with 20 messages/day. Converts automatically to a recurring monthly subscription of ₹999/month for 30 days access with 20 messages/day unless cancelled prior to renewal.
• Subscription Renewal: By subscribing, you authorize Downdating and Razorpay to debit your chosen payment method automatically every 30 days until cancellation. You can cancel your subscription anytime before the renewal date via your account settings or by emailing shivammehta2023@gmail.com.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

When using Downdating AI Coach, you agree NOT to:

• Upload screenshots containing non-consensual explicit sexual imagery, child abuse material, harassment, hate speech, or defamatory content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate extraction of AI prompts or responses.
• Impersonate any other individual or submit fraudulent payment information.
• Use generated suggestions to deceive, stalk, harass, or endanger another person.

5. Disclaimer of Relationship & Match Guarantees

Downdating and Downdating AI Coach provide educational and coaching recommendations designed to improve your texting, banter, and profile presentation. We do not guarantee romantic outcomes, dating responses, compatibility, or specific relationship results. Individual dating results vary.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Downdating and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the AI Coach, interactions with dating matches, or reliance on generated advice. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event.
